We understand if garments don't fit so we will do our best to accommodate any inconveniences. If you are not satisfied with your product, please return your items within 30 days of receipt.
If you'd like to exchange your item(s), simply fill out the returns form below noting the reason and return the item as per our address specified: Murderous Envy Returns, PO Box 4056, Knox City Centre, VIC 3152, Australia. It is important to note that we may or may not have your requested item for exchange in stock.
There’s a problem with my item
Faulty products do not include items that have been worn, altered or washed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Where is my refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Murderous Envy cannot be held liable for the cost of postage for returns, nor any items lost during post. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To ensure your returned items arrives safely, please use express post or registered post.
Please Note: The item(s) you are returning must include any original tags and must not have been worn, altered of washed. Upon receipt of the goods, refunds can take up to three days to process. Murderous Envy cannot refund any initial costs for International Shipping nor any duties or taxes.
